Introduction
Arrow Puzzle Escape is a logic puzzle game developed by Arrow Escape Studio. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about the data we handle.
This policy explains what information we collect when you play Arrow Puzzle Escape, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control it. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect

Account information (optional) If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo from Google. Sign-in is entirely optional — you can play fully without an account.

Game progress Levels completed, star ratings, coin balance, XP, player level, daily streak, Endless mode best score, and in-app settings (sound, music, vibration). Stored locally and — if you're signed in — backed up to Google Firestore.

Crash reports When the app crashes, we receive a report via Firebase Crashlytics containing the device model, Android version, and stack trace. No personal information is attached to crash reports.

Anonymous usage analytics Anonymised events such as "level started" and "level completed" collected via Firebase Analytics. These cannot be linked back to you personally and help us understand how the game is played so we can improve it.
What we do not collect
We are equally clear about what we never collect:
Arrow Puzzle Escape contains no advertisements and is completely free. We do not sell data to third parties for any purpose, advertising or otherwise.
How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the game:

Cloud save and cross-device play When you're signed in with Google, your progress syncs automatically so you can continue exactly where you left off on any device.

Bug fixes and stability Crashlytics reports help us identify and fix issues in the game quickly, without needing to reproduce them manually.

Game improvement Anonymised analytics tell us which levels players find most challenging, informing future content and difficulty tuning.
We do not use your data for advertising profiling, sell it to data brokers, or share it with any party for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.
Data security
Your game progress is stored in Google Firestore, which encrypts all data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Firestore security rules restrict access so only you can read or write your own save data — no other user or third party can access it.
Data stored locally on your device is held in Android's DataStore, which is protected by Android's standard app-data isolation. It is inaccessible to other apps.
While no system is perfectly secure, we have taken reasonable and industry-standard steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Children's privacy
Arrow Puzzle Escape does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK). The game's optional sign-in feature requires a Google account, which itself requires the account holder to be of the minimum age required by Google's Terms of Service in their country.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the address below and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For significant changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice when you next open Arrow Puzzle Escape. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
